How are donor gifts used?

• Choral and Instrumental Music - Full

  funding for three years, or over $40,000

  total

• Marine Activities & Resource Education

  (MARE) - $1,200

• Artist in Residence Program - $800

• Del’Arte Physical Theatre - $1,000

  (Co-sponsored with a Trinidad Trust

  Fund and a California Art Grant)

• Aquatics Camp Funding - $1,500 for

  Grade Seven outdoor opportunities

• Technology—Over $1,500 for updated

  hardware and software

• Fitness Track - $1,000 (Co-sponsored

  with many California agencies and local

  donors including the city of Trinidad)

• TSEF also contributes to the Afterschool

  Sports Program, Kindergarten listening

  center, Special Education, and other

  school programs

• Establishment of a permanent

  Endowment Fund

What is this year's financial goal?

To fund essential programs, Foundation directors have set a fundraising goal of $30,00 for the 2009-2010 school year.

TSEF's long term goal is to increase our Humboldt Area Foundation Endowment Fund.

Can I bequeath a gift in my will or trust?

Bequeathing a gift in your will or trust provides a special and lasting legacy for our community students. Donors will be acknowledged in perpetuity.
